Originally from Scotland, Debbie has taught mindful movement and stillness in numerous yoga studios, at conventions, exclusive spas and country clubs for over three decades. World renowned teachers and all styles of yoga have inspired her to teach gentle, restorative, therapeutic, yin, yang and advanced vinyasa. Her teaching blends a contemporary approach with the traditional art of Yoga. Debbie believes in living wisely and well, in harmony and peace with nature, each other, our planet Earth and The Divine.
From gentle therapeutic to powerful challenges she weaves contemporary flow into the classic traditions towards unity – harmonizing spirit, strengthening core, balancing emotions and creating flexible mind.
She has been in several magazine articles, radio and TV promoting the tremendous benefits of Yoga and Meditation.
In addition to honoring tradition, particularly Krishnamacharya and Tantric lineages, she promotes the Yoga of Common Sense. She integrates and infuses her practice with a full spectrum of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual together with alignment, humor, individuality and fun!
